Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026. This policy explains how Solomon's Corporate Solutions, LLC handles information sent through this website, solomonscorporatesolutionsllc.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send. When you use a form on this site we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your business or organization name, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. Please do not send bank details, Social Security numbers, passwords or confidential client records through the website.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, talk with you about your operational needs and provide the services you ask for. We may follow up about the request you sent. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

When information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host this website and deliver and organize our messages, who may use it only to provide that service to us, and when the law requires it.

Engagement records

Information you share during an engagement, such as records, exports and stakeholder conversations, is governed by your Statement of Work and service agreement rather than by this website policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the Google reviews widget, where shown, is served by Trustindex; each may receive your IP address as part of delivering that content.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and to keep a record of our business dealings. Ask us and we will delete your inquiry unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email C.Kotlicky@solomonscorporatesolutionsllc.com or call (410) 645-0086.
