Diagnose first. Then decide what to fix, and in what order.
Every service here exists to give a leader a clearer view of how the organization is actually running. The SOLVR reviews are the diagnosis. Fractional and hourly support are how the findings get carried out, or how a defined task gets done without a full-time hire.
SOLVR: two depths, one method
SOLVR stands for Structured Operational Logic and Vulnerability Review. It is human-led, it starts from a defined concern, and it ends with prioritized findings and recommended actions. Which version fits depends on how much of the organization needs to be in frame.
SOLVR Deep Dive
For a whole organization, or a whole business line
A comprehensive operational review. Stakeholder input, relevant records, workflow observation and structured analysis across the functions that matter, producing an evidence-based diagnosis, a scorecard and an implementation roadmap.
- Best during growth, a leadership transition or a broad process cleanup
- Surfaces vulnerabilities you did not know to ask about
- Roadmap sequences the fixes so you do not start with the wrong one
SOLVR-Core
For one concern, one recurring problem or one decision
A focused review that identifies the most urgent operational risks behind a specific problem and converts them into a practical action plan. Narrower scope, faster turnaround, same method and the same human judgment.
- Best when something specific keeps breaking and nobody can say why
- Deeper analytical investigation of a vulnerability already identified
- Can expand into a Deep Dive if the evidence points wider
Support that fits the size of the need
Fractional Operations Analysis & Support
A standing operations resource for an organization that has outgrown doing everything itself but cannot justify a full-time operations hire. Ongoing guidance to strengthen systems, support decisions and keep key priorities moving month to month.
How fractional support works → Defined needHourly Support Services
Targeted assistance for a defined operational or business need: mapping one process, drafting a set of SOPs, consolidating exports from several systems into one usable reporting file, or preparing the facts behind a decision.
What hourly support covers →A starting price, then a fixed fee in writing
Each SOLVR service has a starting price. During the discovery call we assess the scope and complexity of the work, then put a fixed fee in the Statement of Work before the engagement begins. No open-ended billing on a diagnostic.
What moves the fee up from the starting price is complexity: the number of business lines, stakeholders, systems and data sources involved, the deliverables requested, any implementation needs and the turnaround time. A focused engagement stays close to the starting price.
The first conversation is a paid discovery call. The fee reserves dedicated time to understand your business and your challenges, and it is credited toward your contracted services if we go on to work together.
Not sure which one you need?
That is normal, and it is what the discovery call is for. Describe the situation and we will tell you whether it sounds like a Deep Dive, a Core review, ongoing support or a few hours of targeted help.
