Based in Baltimore. Working with clients anywhere in the country.
Solomon’s Corporate Solutions is a virtual practice. A discovery call, an intake conversation or a records review is the same whether your organization is in Towson, Tulsa or Tacoma. Around the Baltimore region, we also meet in person when a conversation goes better face to face.
An operational review runs on evidence, not on a visit
SOLVR is built from stakeholder conversations, relevant records, workflow observation and structured analysis. Almost all of that travels well: interviews happen on video, exports and documents are shared securely, and a workflow can be walked through on a screen share with the person who runs it. Findings and recommendations are delivered the same way.
What a virtual engagement needs from you is the same as an in-person one: access to the people and records that matter, and a leader who wants to know what is actually happening.
- Video discovery calls and intake sessions
- Secure sharing of records, exports and documents
- Workflow walkthroughs by screen share
- Findings delivered in writing and talked through live
Three kinds of organization, one kind of problem
- Founder-led businesses
- Companies small enough that the owner still signs every check and is also the operations department. Growth is welcome; the systems were never built for it.
- Nonprofits
- Executive directors and operations leads managing programs, grants, reporting and a board, often on processes inherited from a predecessor who is no longer around to ask.
- Faith-based organizations
- Congregations and ministries whose administration has grown past what volunteers and a part-time administrator can keep track of.
State lines do not change any of that. Neither does time zone; we schedule around yours.
Baltimore, and the region around it
The practice is based in Baltimore, Maryland. For organizations in the city and the surrounding counties, that means an in-person option: a leadership conversation across a real table, or the part of a review where the only way to understand a workflow is to watch it run in the room where it lives.
It also means we know the local landscape, from county economic development programs and small-business resources to the anchor institutions most Maryland organizations sell to, serve or depend on. That context shapes a realistic action plan here; elsewhere, we learn yours.
Tell us where you are and what is going on
The location matters less than the problem. Send a few lines and we will follow up to schedule a discovery call, virtual or, around Baltimore, in person.
